rip off

I have a parts distribution center down the street from my house and went today to get a new pcv valve and asked about these. 24 bucks for one side and 70 something for the other. apparently when ford is getting ready to discontinue a part they jack the prices up on them.

thank you very much man for doing that!!!!!:icon_thumby:

FWIW, the $24 one is the one they dont have many left. they said they have plenty of the other side around.

i got a 90 f-150 if they are what you are looking for i could have them ready for monday shipping. let me know by pm. 38 dollars shipped for both if they are correct ones

If you've only got 50 bucks for a lift, keep saving.

You can piss your money away for a small gain in ride height,

Or you can save for a while and actually put on a decent kit.

^^^ have to agree completely the reason my truck the front isnt lifted yet

when i put a 2in lift on my truck it costed 150.00 60 dollars for a used set of 2 in coils from ebay 30 dollars for the +3degree or -3degree camber correction kit 15.00 dollars for rear shackles and 45 dollars for a alignment

so i guess it is just how good of a deal you can get on parts

lol...yah it really is about the deal...i came across a totalled 94 explorer with a 5inch lift kit..

swaped the front end completely. rebuilt everything, fixed er up and now im working on the rear end...

ALL FOR $400....AND I GOT A SET OF WHEELS AND TIRES OUT OF THE DEAL ALSO...cant beat that........

Just wait, be patient, and you will find a million deals when the time is right.

But if your really in a hurry and want to fix your ride height problem just get washers and stack em(washers tend to be about 1.50 each give or take a quarter)...or do the VW bushing thing...thats a good one to. and lots of VWs in wrecking yards also...

Not to mention he'll need adjustable camber bushings and an alignment.
