Ok, it's all startin to make sense now.
From what I followed it came out to be 2.73 like I had found on the wagoneer websight i visited.

ya, if you stop one wheel from turning, the other wheel will double its speed. Its not a mystery or magic, its gears. To avoid the archaic way of figuring out ratios (one of which some ppl dont understand) Pop the cover off, count the teeth on the pinion gear which we will call BIG "D", then count the gears on the ring gear, lets cal lthis one little "d" . now, divide d by D and theres your gear ratio. Clear and simple. to figure out any gear ratio, divide the teeth of the driven gear by the teeth on the drive gear, and there ya go. Cheers
