Just noticed that my Rangers modem may not be working. Ford pass does not see my truck anymore, so I cannot remote start or see status. Also noticed in Sync 3 that the modem SN etc no longer appears. Any else experience this?

I seem to recall hearing about this before but don't remember any details. Another 2019+ owner on here might remember or know more but I don't think any here have mentioned having this problem.
We generally don't make it a habit to recommend another forum but the number of members here with the newer Rangers is small. Ranger 5G or Ranger 6G forums might be better help in this case. They specialize in the newer Rangers.

Best I can recommend right now is make sure it doesn't have a blown fuse and all cable connections are clean and secure. If all that is good, maybe try removing the fuse. Wait a few minutes. Then put it back in. Cycling power to it like that may help re-initialize it's software.
