Swapping the beds, not hard... But you will need at least another person or 3. start by removing the easy stuff.... The screws holding the fuel fill neck to the plastic shroud, unplug the wiring harness behind the bumper along the driver side frame rail then pull the 6 or 8 bolts holding the bed to the frame. Remove bed. Follow steps in reverse order, side note, make sure everyone lifts bed high enough to clear tires (not good on the digits, i found out the hard way). Sometimes holding the fill neck down with a bungie helps. Pretty simple process, make sure to line up the new bed close before trying to put the bolts back in. Hope this helps. Oh and it couldn't hurt to start soakin the bolts with PB Blaster or Wd 40...
