replaced window

I like sliding windows too but when i went to the scrapyard to find a window, that's the one I found. would've preferred a slider, but i needed a new window soon. for hank: can't ypu get colored caulk?

Rained today and mine's still leaking. Looking like I'm going to have to go the caulking route as well. My window has the same problem with the top seal weathering and pulling away from the metal. It's just letting water pool up in there and eventually seep through. My truck is gray though so I'm going to try to get the caulking under the seal. I swear I'm going to get this window fixed up eventually. :no2:

use clear silicone on a gray truck. thats what I would do.

i know thios is kinda off the subject but, whered you get those bars? im looking for a set for my 94 and those dont look like theyed take up any bed space.

i cut up a full size truck's roll bar and welded it back together. then i welded the bottom of the bars to some s-10 bed rails and bolted the rails to the edges of the bed. also bolted a sign-post thing to the top for lights. I could take some pics for you if you want.

got the finishing touch on the new window. Thank you Jim Oaks :icon_thumby:

yea man if you could take a couple pics of them that would be awsome. ive always liked the way they looked but hated the fact that they stole bed space
