Removing the rivets

If you have the air chisel it's all you need. You can chisel the X in the heads with it, cut the rivets off and switch to a punch tip to drive them out as well. Don't need the grinder at all. You can take a rivet out start to finish in minutes without the grinder, hammer or punch. Without air the grinder or drill method are equal pain in the ass but the best worst option.

The way i have done it in the past is. Get the rivet head cherry red then use a hammer and chisel. Just like cutting butter.

Just wanted to know if there is a pefered side to remove the rivets from. I am putting a Lift kit on right now and theses things will not budge.

I've found that the head is the better one to remove. The rest can be punched out from there. They are also the ones that are the easiest to get to.
