not really sure how the clutch fan is setup, but if I just remove the fan bolts on my 96 is there any coolant that goes in there or gasket stuff I would have to worry about?

No. The clutch for the fan is bolted to the water pully with no gasket and there is no coolant that goes in it.

It's just a PITA to get a wrench on the bolts with it being so close to the rad...at least on mine...and I think it takes a 10mm wrench...not sure what that is in English though...I think 1/4" or 5/16"

easiest way i found was to loosen up the shroud and push it towards the engine. This way you can get a ratchet with i think a 10mm socket in there. you can either use the ratchet or spin the fan to loosen the bolts on the fan. take the fan off and getting at the bolts for the clutch is a much simpler job. then you need to remove the belt from one of the pulleys to take the tension off of the crank pulley, b/c on mine the bolts for the clutch also held the pulley on. just don't forget to put the shroud and fan/clutch assembly back in together or else you'll be taking it back apart to get the shroud in :D

yea i beleive its a 10mm. just hold the fan and unbolt it.
