Removing and Replacing Driver and Passenger side seatbelt

Gentlemen. I'm trying to figure out how to go about removing the Seatbelts from the panels on of my '00 ranger without damaging them. Thank you!

I think you have to unbolt the one end from the floor under the carpet

I've found removing the seatbelt bolts to be really hard. I've since heard that there is threadlocker used and some heat to the bolt will help melt it. I haven't actually tried that yet so can't confirm.

I need to do this on passenger side, rarely used so I haven't rushed.

Those seat belt bolts are definitely in there tight, even with a 3/8" impact wrench I couldn't break them loose in a bronco 2 I was pulling parts from. They do have some sort of thread locker on them for sure, I just ended up sawing the bolt heads off to get them out at the pick-a-part, I had my bolts from my bronco 2 already just needed a seat belt buckle assembly. I believe they are a star T40 or T60.

Pretty sure the ones in my 88 were T-50...because I had to buy yet another one-time tool to remove mine...but I did use it at least twice.

Ford might have changed the size at some point but the 92 and 96 used the same size bolts for the seat belts.
