Remote Settings

My mom is having issues with her laptop and she was telling me about setting something about remote setting to where I can access her laptop from where I'm at and do what I need to, to fix the lil problem she's having. Anybody know how this is done?

You need to download a program, fire it up on her PC, and then run it on yours.

This is the one I have most recently used, (albeit, like 4 years ago...) and it worked nicely at the time.

it is a free program and works awesome, I just got it set up between my shop computer and my home computer so I can run the diagnostic programs on trucks while i'm home on disability, My boss isn't a real wisbang with computers
