This is also posted on DR but I figured I post it here too.

This is my 2003 stepside 2wd edge. 3.0 V6, automatic. Magnaflow cat back, K&N FIPK, Throttle body spacer, Superchips Flashpaq, SSBC rear disk brake conversion, Camburg Performance 6.0 dual shock front, Deaver F31s with bedcage in the back. SAWs all around.

Thanks guys.

The tires are great. Quiet all the way up to 85+ if you have the windows up. grip a lot better than the cheapies that were on there before. great in the sand, lots of grip, no bad tendencies.

whats that ticking sound?

oh...time till the 351 swap :) nice suspension

or the time till the manual swap or the a shifter. the auto was terrible on this run... that and me being careful on the first run were why this run was slow.

The second run I stuck it in first and it was a ton better, but I would have liked to have been able to shift to what gear I wanted.

hit the spot in the second video again along with the Otay truck trail. Truck felt awesome the whole time. Thinking through front bumper mods and where I'm gonna put the 2 lights I just bought.

Also on the way out of the first spot I was on a dirt road and passed the f-150 that was on pavement along side me. I was doing 60 and the truck felt like it was on a highway.

Well I just realized I never posted any pics in this thread so I'll go ahead and throw 'em up :

This caliper is on the wrong side in these pictures - parking brake lever goes on the bottom. We did fix it though.

And the suspension. Not a lot of pictures because Camburg did the install but there are a few from their facebook

Front done except for the heim steering

Front done, still origninal springs with no shocks in the back.

And the rear finished up. Since then I've moved the antenna to the center tab on the cage.

I do like that bed cage!!! Great job!!!

sick looking truck man. now all you need are some extra lights. imo it would look awesome with some recon lights and some lights behind the grille.

I have a pair of Baja Shop 9" internal ballast HIDS that I'm hopefully mounting this week on a single bar on the front bumper.

what ssbc brake kit did you use?

A114. Its the one that comes up when you use their vehicle selection tool. The only issues I had were the holes in the splash shield were not exactly right so we had to expand one and we had to enlarge the parking brake cable bracket hole. This may be due to the different years this kit works for.
