I bought one new on Ebay last month for my brother-in-law's 06 F-150 for his birthday gift. It was $25 shipped to me. Check Ebay and do a search on 'Ranger Tailgate handle new' and see what you get.

Like others have said Rock Auto.

For the specific part you need, can also try Amazon and eBay. While replacing the handle, could also consider putting in a tailgate lock.
