So i havent gotten very far the last bit since weather has been off and on and i dont know really what to do with this. I have no idea how i am going to bend the metal back into place close to how it was before. No room to get a good swing with a hammer. But looking at where the stuff bolts into, do i really need to bend this out? It seems that the stuff attaches to the fender and to the metal peice attached to the other side... So my question is, Can i leave the metal bent how it is and put everything back on? Will it be secure?

Here are 2 pics i took of the side where i got hit. In that u can see where it is bent and such and im hoping you guys will be able to tell me if this is possible. I really dont have a clue how to bend it back to how it was lol. Thanks for your input thusfar

That little tab is where your fender mounts to. Hang your fender, and get that tab close to where the fender mount hole is.

ya i know that part. Thats not the problem as that can be bent back easily enough. But i was wondering about the rad support on the one corner. Where it is bent out of shape a bit, do i need to bend it back before puting things on or will the lights, grille, and whatever still sit on there nicely enough? Lol I wish i would explain it better :P

That bumper u got me doesnt fit andres. The brackets that connect it to the frame are different. I tried taking them off both bumpers and switching them but they dont line up correctly (crooked). So thats a bit of a speed bump. lol

I got the fender and header panel on today. The gap between the fender and door is bigger than it was before, but other than that it seems ok. Kinda sucks but whatever lol.

Oh, and i did bend the metal back to as close as i could get to before the accident. I used a tire iron to hook it in and pull it out. Then i used a hammer and dolly to get it as close to straight as i could

Take pictures of both brackets... it fit fine enough on my Ranger before I brought it to you...

Ill try to get some pics tonight. But i first tried just straight putting it on and the holes didnt match up. So i looked at the brackets for both bumpers and they were different. So i took them all off and tried switching the ones from the old bumper to the new one and no luck. Maybe there is a difference in those from '89 to whatever year your is? lol Idk...

Here you go. The one's holes are slanted where the other is not, and there is an obvious size difference between the 2 lol. Sucks... But i dont think a bumper could be "too" expensive. Maybe ill just buy a new one if its not too much.

How'd the front end go? Did you figure out the bumper? I didn't see this when you posted it, but you can just use the old mount from your Ranger bumper on the Expo one. I hope you're past that point by now, though!
