Rear window seal?

Well I am that idiot that has messed up my rear side window seal. Looking I have found no replacement and my windows have a special engraving in them so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I could do to replace or reproduce my own seal. pics would be great.

Are you talking about the seal that holds the actual glass? Or the poly tape that seals it to the body?
