Rear Slider Interchange Years ?

Good morning all,

I can't seem to find any definitive answer on what model years the rear windows can interchange.

My truck is a '91 Ranger XLT crew cab with a non-slider and I am looking to put a slider in for airflow in the summer.

Any and all answers appreciated, thanks fellas.

Wasn't aware of a crew cab option in 91. If it's the same as supercab, any supercab rear slider will work I think. At some point they added a couple more bolts to the window frame, but it should be easy enough to drill for them if you have that problem.

Yeah, whatever you want to call the longer cab, the rear windows are the same on those from '86 through '11 but in the last couple years there were two more studs to bolt them in. You can also add in your search '98-11 regular cabs since when they made the cabs longer they used the bigger rear window.

My bad, very sorry, I did mean super cab not crew. A local sale here has a brand new tinted slider that says it will fit '83-'97 standard cab.

I am correct to understand this won't fit my super cab then ?
