rear door latch

does anyone know where to get the right rear bottom door latch for a 2000 extended cab besides going to a stealer or junk yard? the stealer wants 78.00 for the latch and another 41.00 for the new style plug !!! ouch......

Im not aware of anyone else who is going to make a factory part like that. dorman products is usually the aftermarket source for those kinds of things but i dont see any listings in the catalog for one. you might just have to shell outthe clams for one or try your luck at the u pull it.
