Rear brake rubber lines

Ok here's my issue. I am in the process of lifting the rear 3" but the rubber line is a little too short. I've seen the thread regarding the front lines (from the man himself) but I can't find anything on the rear lines. Has anyone done a mod of extending the rear brake lines ? Maybe something from a different model or piecing two shorter ones together ? Thanks in advance.
