I found it on an exploded view using Google. It has the part number listed as:

13A821
OR
9C899

I find a few results when I search for 13A821. I wonder if the part from a 1994 Mustang would work in my 1994 Ranger?

Probably. The Mustang part is probably not identical, but might work well enough.
