Just an update..... mine have been on for over a month now (installed June 24th). They have 1000-1200 miles on them, and no squeaking yet.

BG makes a coating you put directly onto the braking surface. It is a graphite that soaks into the pad and helpas lubricate the pads during seating. I have used it many times and it has never let me down.

A guy at work was telling me about that stuff. He uses it on his STI. I need something like this for my Escape. Duralast pads squeak!!
