Long time no see, you were in the process of rebuilding a 2.9L weren't you?

That's right Pete and I'm happy to say that it was a successful rebuild, though now I have to pull it back out so as to replace the rear main seal. It seems as though the Fel-Pro seal that came in the gasket kit is identical to Ford’s and didn’t last very long. I did a little research and found that Fel-Pro also offers a heavy duty version and that’s the one going back in.
