I sold my 89 STX 4WD Supercab for almost $4,000 in 2002. It was still in near new original condition but did have almost 200,000 miles on it. The guy is still driving it and has only had to replace the alternator since he bought it. He told me he was offered $5,000 for it and turned it down.

I agree though, $5,500 for that 93 4x4 is too much.

WTF! I say f-em' the only deals are with the private seller. I bought all my trucks from private sellers and got pretty good deals. Ta hell with em'

I see some hella deals on rangers in the paper. If I had money 2 months ago Id be in a 2004 2.3L 2WD extended cab 5 speed ranger for $4500. Or a 2003 Edge 4X4 3.0 5 Speed for $5000.

But, according to the local dealer, they would sell my 97 for $3700(estimate was before I got t-boned)
