Hey I have a 94 ranger with a 2.3L motor, the truck will crank and crank all day but will not turn over. So far I have checked the inertia switch (its in the down position) changed the pcm, and changed the ignition module...anyone have any other ideas? spent almost a month at a garage and they couldnt figure it out....getting frustrated now...

If there is spark, and air then it is a fuel delivery issue more than likely. Check to see the fuel pump is sending the correct pressure. Also just for S/Gs check all the fuses in the truck and under the hood. If its cranking, then it should be a fuel issue imo, im not a mechanic but it sounds logical.

Changing parts gets expensive, so stop until you diagnose it better! Check for fuel and spark. If either is missing find out why, we could help you if you let us know which it is missing for certain. If you have both check for valve timing. This thing may have thrown the timing belt... If you need advice or procedures for checking any of the above don't hesitate to ask.
