UPDATE: so all 4 cylinders were full. without plugs that thing makes one heck of a squirt gun. it cranks fine but the distributor is soaked. (thats why it stalled) the engine oil was topped up to full with water and the transmission was full. the front dif had no air in it and theres an inch of mud on the floorboards. the intake is off and everything is drying out. the engine filled through an exhaust leak.
oh and the truck was in the water for a good 30 minutes before it got pulled out. it took us 10 to get the rescue rig down there. about 5 to get it out, tied to a toyota. add driving time and difference of opinion, and you have 30 minutes.
