ranger/mustang harness

Aight well yesterday before i got sick i was under my 88 Turbocoupe tracking a oil leak (stupid valve cover gasket) and found some more rust drivers side frame rail and part of the strut tower. So more then likely the rangers gettin a new motor soon from it. And i was wondering is the wiring in a 91-93 stang the same as a 90 ranger both have the 8 spark plug motors? cause after being bored for like 9 hours and searching the net forever i seen a step by step for the swap but its for a mustang not a ranger and if they are the same itll make the swap super easy cause ill have everything need to start it. other then i gotta run out to my land and trailer the truck back to my house lol.

i believe that ou would be able to swap them right over. if the electronics are eec-IV in both the thunderbird and the mustang motor in your truck you have it made. if they arent alike, it shouldnt be that big a deal. just make sure you swap the entire harness and computer together.
