Ranger misfire

After reading the title, all I can say is aim better XD haha jk

Try looking at your FI system, might be causing it to choke out every once in a while.

HAHA well it's all better now. :icon_thumby: I put in sea foam and it didn't make much of a difference. I definitely want to look at, clean, and / or replace the fuel injectors, just because ever since 2008 my dad has done NO work on that truck due to the high mileage. He bought a new truck in March '09 and ever since its been left to die until I got my license. Although he did run it once every weekend. I'm afraid if I replace them though I'll find something else wrong with it.

Right now the only thing it does that doesn't seem quite right is I think there's a pulley that needs to be lubricated, or it needs a new bearing. I hear a constant squeak at idle. Only sometimes, though. Its annoying because its hard to tell where its coming from. But when you give it gas it sounds faster (which made me think its a bearing/ pulley in the first place) and as soon as you get off the gas it momentarily stops and then starts again. But when your actually driving I can't hear it.
