I've got a 95 regular cab 4x4 short bed. I was told by the prior owner that it has f150 leaf springs. It had a bad driver's side lean when I got it. A couple years ago I was going to add 1.5 inch front coils to level it out. I did the drivers side and cured the lean so I left the passenger side stock. My question is if I I stay a 4 inch rough country lift will it still have the lean? Thanks for the info

It depends on what is causing it, sometimes it's caused from twisted frames in which case it would still be there. If it is still there after a lift you can add washers under the coils, 1 1/4" washers have a 1 3/8" hole in the middle (washer math, when I bought them the bolt company said this is how it is) which is what you need, I have 1" of washers on both sides on my '90 but you could offset them to get it to sit right...

Yeah this is hard to answer without more info or seeing the truck (its suspension).
You'll need to figure out where the lean is coming from.
Some clues might be had if you jack the rear axle up by the differential pumpkin... If the truck levels out but the rear axle is crooked, then it's a rear suspension issue (broken leaves in the leaf spring is likely). If the truck continues to lean heavy when jacked up, then the problem is probably up front somewhere.

Don't use Rough Country for any TTB lifts though, they are not well-made.
Skyjacker has been the go-to for TTB lifts for a long time, and for good reason (their brackets are much sturdier, and they don't punch holes in your front differential housing (the latter might not apply if yours is a 2.3L I4 engine since it'll probably have the so-called 'hybrid' D28/35 axle that is smaller, but still)).
