damn i hate to have that much snow here in missouri . that sucks about the dodge . did u ever get the ranger out ?

sweet carnage on the dakota. i bet if you hooked to the frame the ranger would come right out with a better strap. if the snow there is like it is here in Pa right at the moment it's all powder???

nope rangers stuck still. id try to use the F-150 but thats got no brakes still.

its all mixed crap there

ranger will probily sit until saterday night or whenever i can get to it with something and have time. i work tonight 1615-0300 then saterday 0900 til 2000 and again sunday 0900 til 2000.

im happy i still have the lil POS car. but its gunna get dicy on the roads with 2-4in of snow coming

sounds like you need a road grader to come strolling by and give you a tug

well my fire dept has a Duce and a half Tanker truck.... that thing could winch it right out. but of corse its a half hour drive away and its not fire dept use:annoyed:

this may sound totally crazy but if you had a set of tire chains you could probably get a little more traction from that and it may walk right out???

no chains but im sure if i had a bigger truck to get a lil more power to the ground to break it loose im sure it would come out.:icon_confused:

I remember several times when my gf got her car (a big old boat buick) stuck in the ditch like that... the key was a giant tow strap, and to jerk the hell out of it with my dads yukon in 4x4. Eventually it'll come out....

those metal hooked straps scare the crap outta me, good luck with the recovery, if you were in michigan you could just wait 3 days and all the snow would melt and you could drive it out in before work, and then when you got out of work you would have to brush the snow back off it because it would have snowed a bunch again!

yeah it snapped an went right towards the ranger and smacked the tailgate:shok:

yeah the snow just stays and stays...:annoyed:

yeah when she was pulling she gave a gentle tug and nothing so she gave the thing a lil more and boom...

its nice having a girl who can do recovery work and can tow:icon_thumby:
