Radio question

There is some variation in color. You should be able to tell more when have the parts together though.

That's the basic color scheme for aftermarket stuff. Notice the Illumination (Orange) and 12V Constant (Yellow) look nearly identical in this diagram.

Edit: I just noticed the left and right front both look white here too. One of them should be gray.
awesome thank you

You're backwards on the older plugs; the first is speakers and the second is power.

Your two inline plugs are the following generation of radio wiring plugs; possibly came in with the '89 models.

Have you received the adapter plugs that you ordered? I think for the most part color-to-color will work, and I can check the EVTMs for pin-outs.

Edit: looking again, you're backwards on both sets, speaker and power.

Both my 87's have the style of plug the B2 has.

I got the crotchfield harness set in today and they gave me pretty good instructions. Im realized after looking at them i was backward on the plugs.

The set came with both style plugs...so im guessing 86 they ran both depending on radio that was installed.

Either way i think i can get it figured out now that i realize i was backward on the plug and these instructions are much better then i figured

I think between the two sets of instructions i can figure it out.

Those are better even than what I remember seeing from Crutchfield before. Granted that was in 2017...
