This is the second radiator we received from TRQ. They have both been damaged during delivery. They are refunding us our money, but would you use it? The truck is my 16year olds. It's his money. Is there a way to test it before installing it? Thoughts?

That doesn't look bad. Looks like just a ding to the fins and the tubes are OK.

I'd run it, but first I'd use a seal pick and bend the fins back straight. With a little practice, you can straighten bent fins back out, and make it look like they were never there.

If it makes you feel any better, I think 75% of the new radiators I've bought have had that much damage or more. I agree with RobbieD, that looks superficial and shouldn't cause you any problems at all.

Thanks. Much appreciated. I'm completely ignorant on that. The radiator I got for my 20 year old BMW was double boxed, so I just assumed that's how they all come. I will say though, TRQ has been very accommodating. And my son will be glad to hear we can possible move forward now.
