Quit talking down the new Maverick

I don't own a Maverick but despite the initial problems they've had with this new truck, I wish I had one. Every new vehicle, including a cutting edge one like the Maverick, has problems on first release. We are polluting our planet and wasting money on gas hog big trucks. That's why I love my 29 mpg 2010 4 cylinder manual tranny Ranger. However, this Maverick is good and inexpensive, but it has a few problems. Ford is trying to fix them. In the long run, the Maverick will prove to be a winner. Quit talking it down. People are getting way better than 40 mpg on some models. I wish they made one without a back seat and a bigger bed. Maybe it will be in the future. In the meantime, lets support Ford rather than Elon Musks super expensive truck and the big electric Ford F150 which is bigger and more expensive than many people need.
