Quick Question

Can I put a Trans from a 94 ranger 2 wheel drive with a 4.0l into a 94 ranger with a 4.0l 4x4.. These are the same transmissions correct. I just have to put the transfer case on. I hope I am correct buy please feel free to correct me or tell me yes. Thanks.

Nope 2 wheel drive different than 4 wheel drive...output shaft and tail housing different...of coarse you could take tranny all the way apart and change the output shafts and tailhousings other than them 2 things yes they the same.
