Quick Help - Exhaust from Explorer to Ranger?

Quick Exhaust Help - *finished*

Hey guys I have a chance at a free magnaflow exhaust cat back, but its on a 06 explorer. with the 4.0l. Will this fit? In theory it should, same t-case, same tranny, same rear end, very similar frame????

The 06 Explorer has IRS and I would assume it would have a different frame also. That doesn't mean the exhaust won't fit, might just take some work.

The deal is, he is returning the truck to the dealer, so he needs to remove it, and wants to buy the stock system. I asked about a trade plus other trade, he is interested for sure, but we need to know if mine will fit his. I'm on pins and needles, have not had a penny to put to the truck in a long time.

Not to burst your bubble but I don't think they will match up.. atleast not exactly. Maybe up to the rear axle and then it would change...

Yea, bubble go boom. Was looking at the diagrams and actual piping of the exploder and ranger systems, and the mufflers are located in different locations and run on opposite sides of the driveshaft. Thanks for the help guys.
