quick-disconnect leaking

I just pulled the line off my tranny and it's pouring out hydraulic fluid. I thought these weren't supposed to leak? Any ideas?

They aren't, sounds like your check valve is bad on one end.

so, should I replace it or what? Clutch has been working OK so far.

I would leave it. If you have problems then replace. It's a very good idea to keep a journal of the work you do to your truck, 6 months or two,three, or more years down the road I know I can't remember everything I've done.
