will a 3.0 5speed trand bolt to a 4.0 motor??? please help thanks

No. Only the 2.8,2.9, and 4.0 posess the same bolt pattern.

3.0 vulcan only bolts to 3.0 vulcan, the only other engine it will bolt up to is the dohc taurus sho engine, which is a vulcan based block.
