?Question?

I'm not a fan of putting stickers/emblems from other trim packages on vehicles. It's like false advertising, and it's akin to Civic guys putting Type R or VTEC stickers on their cars even when it's not a Type R or VTEC, or BMW guys putting M emblems on even when their car isn't an M, or Mustang/Camaro guys putting GT or V8 badges when their car is a V6, etc etc. Kind of a ricer thing to do IMO.

yeah I kind of agree with you but I'm trying to just think 'which one will look better?'

Neither....take the Sport ones off and destroy the new gaudy ones....hack.....hack......hairball!!!!!

Leave it how it is. I'm no fan of false advertisement either. I had a friend who put 5.0 badges on a 4 cylinder Mustang about 17 years ago (holy crap time flies). There were idiots who thought they were beating a 5.0 when they raced him. This one case really formed my opinion about this topic. I still tease him about it from time to time.

However.....if you were to somehow upgrade to the FX4 package on your rig, then I think it's fine to change them.

Fawk it, I was going to put some on my '86 when I got done painting it but never got around to it. I'd go for it you took the time to buy'em use them at least it's a actual ranger thing too. It's not like you putting Nissan "GTR" sticker on it. It's 4x4 and you use it off road. Just my .02

After getting mine home, first warm-enough day....took about an hour to de-sticker the rear window. Also took the "4x4" ones off the bed, too.

I figure if they can't tell it's a 4x4, then a sticker ain't gonna be much help.

I hold the same opinion on the windshield-stickers, across the top. Doesn't matter what.....Jeep, Mustang, etc. If you know, you know...if not, well...

But it comes down to this: Your ride, your taste, your thing.

hmmm I'll have to think about it more.. thanks for the input!

Without a doubt. Do what makes you happy. My story above was just my opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.....

Hell, it'll probably add 50 more horsepower...
