thank you very much for the pics man. it doesnt make sense to me about the spring problems..... how much different in weight could the toyota be? our wrangler springs came from a inline 6 jeep, and i would think the front end of a 4.0 ranger couldnt be much more than the jeep could it? we could always put add a leafs in there. i know they stiffened the heck out of the back on my ranger
well. it all depends on wt distribution...
b2/sploder reg cabs do real real well.
the ext cabs are a different deal altogether.
in my case i keep stacking up weight...like my cage assembly and bed will add another 450-500 pounds...it will put my truck at 6 k trail ready..the diesel added 250 pounds over my 302 but thats fine by me as the trade in fuel consumption more then makes up for it.
cheap thrill b2 did a leaf swap from coil shortly after i did my personal rig. i had went thru sploder leafs and various combos already some that i used on jeeps in a few cases and s10's with no issues so i was surprised i was having problems...but some of it was the d60 itself over the d44s and the positioning chosen to optimize caster with out cut and turn.
all in all waggy springs tuned to your taste work great in wranger soa and ranger/s10...
you would think 2wd f150 springs would hold me up great too...but they sqaush flat too

you ust need to play around with a pile of stuff and get what you want
