question bout installing powered seats

I have a '96 ranger XLT, std cab, 2.3. nuttn special. it needs new seats. Ive been looking at getting explorer seats for it, but most of those are powered seats. my question is, how would I go about installing the powered portion? is there already a hook up for it in my ranger or will I have to run wires and such? thanx

im pretty sure you'll have to run wires. my buddy has a 97 ranger and got seats out of an explorer. he had to wire them himself. but it wasn't that hard he said. if ya want hes got seats out of his truck for $95. they are tan and are in good shape
