quality oil filter

I wonder if it will fit in my Ranger? The filter seems to be sitting vertical and I think it is way above the torsion bars. I'm due for an oil change soon so maybe I'll order one in while I'm sitting at the parts counter. Genuine Motorcraft

It clears everything by a mile on my TTB 4.0. I would imagine that it would fit on Torsion bar setup.
