Push button 4X4 not working !! Help please..

I started by replacing the button on the dash. (1989 B2 w/5 speed tranny).
Any ideas about what to do next would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

There is an electric motor on the side of the t-case, take it off and clean it really good, and it will probably work again
