Pulling Audio Track from Video

Know of any soft ware (thats free,,lol) thats easy to use.
I just want to make some ring tones.

audacity
just play video then hit record. you have to have the input set to line out. It will record any sound your computer produces, from movies to youtube video.
you can then edit files and convert to the desired format.

Audacity is a good program for doing that. Not only is it a good program, it is free and open source.
