So you are saying working at a pizza place is a stressfull job? No offense but how so? I guess if you are the owner or manager. If someone acts that way they are prob not the owner or manager. And if it is so stressfull and the person is not the owner or manager, why wouldnt that person just move to one of the other millions of pizza/food jobs out there? (which could also be a solution to the chronic bad customer issue)

And it's not about being a "serious a$$", it about the fact that pissing/spitting/spludging in peoples' food is just f'ing nasty. The people on here that do that, how old are you?

If your (your meaning people in general) problem solving skills say the solution is to do that to peoples' food, then I am willing to bet you may not go far in life.

Well back when I was 17 I had this job let's remember. Nothing stressful except dealing with customers who are out to get things their way and don't care about being rude. The problem with fast food places is always having to deal with people who have no problem getting you fired, or should I say don't care about the fact that you probably have bills to pay. I'm always a nice person off the bat, but like anyone, I have a limit. The fact that people are rude to people on the job but wouldn't say half the stuff walking around the street is funny. Treat people with the respect they treat you with, and you won't get blue lougies in your pizza.

I delivered pizza for almost two years and I got some real D***heads as customers, but NEVER ONCE did I do anything to there pizza or food. The owners were really cool people and usually stood up for their employees.

I used to deliver 4 pizzas every Friday to the local firehouse (mostly volunteer fireman), and they were all pissy that our Restaurant didn't give them a discount so they NEVER tipped me... not once. After about 3 months of this I was complaining to one of my coworkers and the owner overheard me. He came storming out of his office with the phone and called the firehouse and told them that they could order from somewhere else if they weren't going to tip the driver. They proceeded to tell him that if his restaurant caught on fire they would be sure to take their time before coming over to put it out. He told them not to come at all because (in his words exactly) "I could whip my dick out and put the fire out with my piss before you even get your boots on". Needless to say, he was probably the best manager I ever had.

PS - Neither him or I have any hard feelings towards volunteer firefighters at all. I appreciate what you guys (and girls?) do.

Guess I am different from the people who do that to peoples' food. I am a laid back person (was at 17 as well). "Bad customers" like that for the most part don't bother me because I know their anger has nothing to do with me and everything to do with them. Fine, they can be angry in general or at a policy they don't like and take it out on me. If you can't take people like that then you need a job not dealing with people. And in 2 min they will be gone anyway, will still an idiot and I could give 2 sh!ts what they think (especially if I am 17 and working in a pizza place).

And they could try and get me fired all they want, becaue every boss I have ever had has never had to question me or my work ethic so, again, the customer could say whatever they wanted because I (and my bosses) know it has nothing to do with me. I have always been confident in those situations.

And, if for some reason, it came to where I got sick of the job, rather than staying and spitting/pissing/spludging in someone's food, I would just find a new job. It's a pizza job at 17; there are a million of those jobs.

Basically, I am saying spitting/pissing/spludging in someone's food is a stupid, nasty, weak solution to the prob and make you a huge liability to anyone you work for. And karma sucks
