So, I havn't been on here lately, but hopefully, no one forgot about my 98 Ranger XLT....http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3840375/1998-ford-ranger-regular-cab-manchester-nj-us ...but its currently off the road now, undergoing a SAS with a D44!

Until then I decided to pick up a DD thats great on gas...Figured a 93 2.3L 4cyl 5spd 2wd with 3.45 gear ratio would be good enough!! **This is my 4th consecutive Ranger!**

Here she is DAY 1

Details: 93 2.3L XL 5spd, 365k mi, only 70k on the motor. Dynomax muffler, after market tach, 15" Eagle Alloys. and the broken hanger/shackle drop..

Plans: Cold air intake, HIDs, new shackle/hanger, 4"DJM Flip kit, 2" drop coils, APC shift knob, bucket seats, custom biult center console, blue neons, new door panels, new instrument cluster, all new shocks, tails, grill, ...and someday Cobra wheels..

Went to work on it this weekend! already got the custom APC shift knob for sure!

but ended up painting the front end, which color matched beautifully, and dropping the front end...! cut coil style!

look 10X's better already!

Jus ordered some clear corners....

Bought a JVC unit for some tunes to play, the previous owned yanked whatever he had in it...just gettin no power yet looking for a better ground maybe...

Cant find a grill I like for this thing... the usual billet style seems baoring and overdone, considereing something homemade but shiny! lol

The color match is awesome.. Looks good. A lil low for my style but custom and nice. Good looking ranger!

Got the clear corners in the mail yesterday.. will install them later today and get a pic...Got a Euro style set of clear Altezza tails I plan on ordering next paycheck to compliment.
