Lol, I need an xcab frame & axles. Bought a 2wd ranger that was in a front end collision. It needs a new frame, so im swapping to 4x4...

Pretty much what my plan was. The only hard part I ran into was trying to locate a front clip for my truck. Everything in the junkyard was either also in a front end collision or missing already.

Bought a 91' Ranger with a 4.0 OHV, M5OD, dana 35, and ford 8.8 for $700. Using it for the swap now.

Project died due to code enforcement riding me with $2,000 with of fines for the projects in my driveway. So it all got ripped apart and scrapped. Suspension and axles went under the new project.

Gotta love all those rules. I'm glad I live in the sticks where no one tells me what I can and can't do in my own driveway.
It was looking pretty sweet, to bad we won't see the final product.
