Project FORDenstein M90 on a 3.0

has anyone in the history of m90 supercharger ever put more than like 15 pounds through it..i dont know if an intercooler is gonna help in that case

The M 90 is a positive displacement blower. The amount of boost it will produce is directly related to how fast it's turning on a given engine displacement. Slow it down and less air gets pumped out. (That's what I did.) Speed it up, and more air will result. This is typically done with adjusting pulley sizing. (Mine is 4.25 inches in diameter, which maxes my boost out at 5 psi on a 2.3 four banger.) Be careful not to go too small, though. You need to leave room for the blower to wind up past your red line. If you ever go there and your supercharger iis spinning faster than its designed to turn, you might wind up with a grenade under your hood.

A decent intercooler should handle 15 psi without difficulty.

ok yes my mistake, i do think that you can make 15psi on a smaller engine with that blower, but once you hit 4.0l, then you are talking shady business with psi through a m90....i could barely get 5psi out of mine
