yup and on the 22 im going to start buying rebuilt parts for my d44... since my block is the way it is and i cant do anything with it

im going to just finish the front and rear end and throw them in

so im getting
both sides spindle rebuild kits from bronco graveyard - $20-$30
new HD axle shafts, inner, outer, both sides + u-joints - $275
lots and lots of caterpillar yellow, and de-rusto primer, and black

wooot woot got my sand blaster hooked up, started cleaning some parts and man for a $20 siphen fed nozzle it cleans rust pretty dam well... only thing that sucks is my air compressor doesnt pump enough air to keep it going so i have to stop, wait and start again.. oh well i can usually get 1 peice done each time that happens

doing the whole rear end tomorrow once i drill and tap a drain plug on the bottom

Nice build thread..Am I reading this right that you have 2 dana 20 tcases?? Would you be willing to sell the other one?? I'm lookin for one of these for my build
SVT

the one that came out of the bronco has a problem... i cant exactly pin point it.. if its the shifter forks or the shift rails, with the detant balls and springs... but it doesnt shift, but all gears and seals are excellent on it,

the one that i just bought is fully rebuilt and thats not for sale lol xP

i was going to use it and make a doubler with my bw1354 (i have 2 of these btw, one electric shift one manual, the manual is blown though)

but i dont know make me an offer
