just wondering if anyone else bought these? maybe someone could chime in and let me know if its worth it for my little truck which i will not be going climbing with just want a smoother ride, would be worth going with the es3000 or would es1000 be plenty? nice deal on them at 4wheelparts. set of 4: 109.99 for the es1000, and 139.99 for es3000. i know jim oakes sells em but so pricey and i dont think i need anything hardcore for my wittle wanger:) thats cute talk for ranger... sorry i have a 2 yr old haha.

Ok well nvm just gonna get es1000. I was just curious about what people thought.

holy crap bro you revived a thread that's over a year old and never even had responses...

ES1000 are stiff as per 3 buddies who bought them for their 2003 and 2005 Rangers. They said they were a bit too harsh. The place they bought them from gave them the ES500 shocks for exchange and they still have them on and still say they are great riding shocks. I am running them as well. I have had them for a very long time and they still feel great. No leaks and no issues with them. I did not ride or drive one of their Rangers with the 1000 series but these guys love to go everywhere with their Rangers and I really believe them about the harshness of the ride. Google reviews of the ES1000. There area lot of complaints about the shocks being harsh. Some bigger truck owners seem to like them.

BTY...nice old thread.....lol
