I had Just about the same problem and it cleared up when i changed the fuel filter, air filter, cleaned the maf, and cleaned the throttle body. Runs great now and most of this stuff you can do on the cheap, plus its regular maintenance if you haven't done it in a while, and at least you can eliminate those factors. checking all your electrical isn't a bad start once you've determined you have proper fuel pressure. YMMV
