Problem with truck

I hope someone can help me,My truck does this thing were it will crack right up, get to idle RPM ,I touch the gas pedal lightly and it dies ,but once i get pass the a certain piont on the gas pedal it runs fine.

Sorry about that its a 89 2.3l,new plugs/wires,new fuel pump.I 'm leaning toward the Throttle positioing Sensor might have a flat spot in it.
