try thinning it a bit more or if you already thined it correctly just try sprayin it a little heavier on move the gun a little closer to truck or just turn air down couple pounds easy fix just dont be affraid of runns it only primer get it on thick and wet if it runs in a few spots no biggy easy to block out you can tell when sprayin of it goin to run or not and if it to heavy move a little faster and it should go on nice and smooth and heavy enough you can sand and work with it a bit
what are you talking about??? it's rough, not thin.
if it runs then he's gonna have to sand the CRAP out of his final prime coat... that's extra labor he doesn't have to do.
and moving faster or slower to compensate for mixture or pressure is like kentucky windage on a rifle... it's great in theory but not if you want the job done right.
