AD is right about the staticians. They love to throw out numbers without non-dimensionalizing them. "You shipped 100 defective products" sounds much worse than "You shipped 100 defective products - out of a million" I fight this crap every day at work.

when i deal with people like this i usually get pissed and just tell them to FOD (F*ck Off and Die) but apparantly he didnt need to be told
