SOLVED! I couldn't find the right metal connector so I simply wrapped plumbers tabe around the fitting and that stopped the leak.

1987 Ranger 4x4 - The power steering return line leaks where the metal fitting connects to the shaft. When looking up parts online, they only show the high pressure line with metal fittings (smaller) or simply bulk return line hose with no fittings. Anyone know where to purchase a new power steering return line WITH fittings?

Go to a better auto parts store. They are around. I believe even LMC Truck has them.

Alternatively, you can cut yours off with a tubing cutter, single-flare it and connect the bulk tube with a hose clamp.

Rather than replace, I removed the fitting, flipped the seal around and now there are no leaks.

LMC Truck is the bomb for older Ranger parts!
